Is there anything a natural 20 can’t do?
This is a poster idea I developed to show off the amazingness of tabletop rpgs.
Sometimes, though, you don’t want a 20.
Guess who’s back, back again! Jukka’s back, tell a friend!
Or just show ‘em this little updated-version of him, that’s cool too. Looking at him really shows how far I’ve come - years ago, I never would’ve thought to use a wire-frame for positioning, but now…well, woo-hoo!
Bet you all thought I gave up on this meme that you all forgot about! Well, nope!
In fact, with Pokemon going around like they are now, I can amalgamate! I’ll take care of this meme-request-question-thing and the latest meme at the same time.
Sorta scribbled-up, but I’m still proud: meh-looking art is better than none! Especially when it’s for such a lovely cause!
Loved Koi-girl from my last pic, so I decided to do this little pic of her showing off her spots more readily on a whim…and I do mean whim, if you’ll note the quality. Eugh.
That said, with this pic, I’ve now done one thing I’ve meant to do for some time - draw shimapan. Woo, for what that’s worth.
This picture brings up a lot of questions for me, some which are easier to answer than others.
Why, of all things to draw up after such a dry spell, did I draw this in particular? Hell if I can figure that one.
Why’d I make more characters? ‘cause I felt like I needed a couple fish in my menagerie, I guess.
How are they surviving on land when fish can only live in the water? Well, fish also don’t have legs or wear clothes, so there you go.
What are their names? Gimme some time, I’ll come up with something amusing/nice/whatever for them, I’m sure.
Why’s he clothesless? Beats me, your guess is more entertaining than mine.
What is it with me and underwear? We may never know.
So we got a monitor rack for my wife’s computer but it turns out both of her monitors were not at all compatible with the device. At first we tried using some heavy duty double-sided tape to hold the monitors on but they eventually gave out so I needed a new solution. Using a jigsaw I borrowed from a nearby tool library, my roommate’s drill, and one of the spare planks from a different failed project, I fashioned together these here… things. I call them spider brackets. They probably have a real name but I don’t know what it is.
Shoutouts to Dan for owning a drill and living in the same house as me and to Green Lents Tool Library for making this way less expensive than it had to be.
Hot damn man, you’re a carpentry wizard!
